South Shore Christian Academy has been notified of our full accreditation by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC)!  A globally recognized standard of excellence, NEASC Accreditation attests to a school’s high standards of academic excellence, operational integrity, and continuous improvement.  

This marks the culmination of a rigorous evaluation process spanning over two years, including two self-studies conducted by teams of faculty, staff, students, parents, administrators, and trustees, along with three site visits by NEASC representatives.  Those visiting teams compiled a substantial report including commendations to celebrate and build upon, and recommendations that will serve as a roadmap for ongoing school-improvement efforts.

Accreditation affords important benefits: assurance of quality, strengthened college acceptance prospects, eligibility for certain grants and special pricing, and a supportive structure for ongoing, systematic school improvement efforts.  Ultimately, it’s one more way to strengthen our capacity to fulfill our mission with excellence.
